The newly designed mount system attaches the lights to the cowl for an easier installation. Our 80mm lights fit the factory cutouts perfectly giving a "factory appearance" with more light and less money than OEM and other aftermarket units. The beam emitted is a deep, flat beam with excellent side illumination. Instructions include multiple pages of diagrams and color photographs for even a novice installer. The switch requires a 5/8" hole (except the Platinum series). A step drill bit is the easiest way to create the hole. Our kits feature:
Housings
- die cast aluminum, glass lens, CAD-CAM designed refractor assemblies - German manufactured H3, 55 watt bulbs (bulbs available nationwide)
Mounts - laser-cut, 11 gauge, 304 stainless steel, with 2B finish and are CNC bent
- lights mount to the cowl using a spring array design - lights automatically align with the holes in the cowl perfectly!
Electrical
- "Generation 4" illuminated switch - utilizes factory mount location - fits 2006 with Airbag (the only one that does!)
- easily configured for low beam, high beam or independent operation (check local laws)
- OEM quality, silicone sleeved harness protects and neatens wiring
- harness plugs into OEM wiring harness and connects to battery
- relay and fuse pre-wired for easy installation
Other - "Electrical Connection" Lexan clear lens guard kit (a $14.95 value) to protect lens from road debris
- individual replacement parts available instead of buying a complete new kit
